I worked at a pharmacy for four years and our customer favorite was Carmex. It is available in most pharmacies. You should also try to drink more water because dry lips are a sign of dehydration. If you don't like Carmex, Burt's Bees is another of my personal favorites and is sold at Long's Drugs. Good luck!

Carmex. Its in a little white glass bottle in the checkout lanes at the supermarket. It cost about 0.95 cents. Now its in tubes too. That stuff works miracles. When my son was little, he chapped his lips really bad playing outside in the winter several times. At nite before he went to bed, I put the carmex on his lips which were really red and chapped clear down to his chin. His lips and chin were cleared up by the time school started the next day.

drink lots of water
use a lip grease with shea and coconut butters
watch out for synthetic ingredients
dont use lipstick, if you must make it natural
don't use a lot of flavored gunk, especially mints(drying)
