To be honest, they do not, they do not even think about it. I have worked in several of the big ones and I assure u the issue is not even there. Anyways, i have heard of some agencies that insist its employees wear suits, even the creative people! this might change the overall perception they are a bunch of talented, care free artists. Others simply try and focus on the strategic part instead of the creative, like leo burnett to sell their services as a consultant not an agency.

Show something radical.Something original. something new. something spontaneous. something naughty(maybe). The maker of the ad has to,has to has to value the product. Its hard to find good help. Ask me I'm full of ideas.takem or leavem.
