how can i loose 30 lbs in 3 weeks or less???

Bamma say Christmas coming up. Bamma say you look good for pictures. Bamma say only way is to eat like bird. Bamma say one egg for breakfast. Bamma say soup for dinner. Bamma say no lunch. Bamma say you lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks. Bamma says ok to cheat on diet when feeling dizzy. Bamma say it's pure torture. Bamma say it works. Bamma otta know.

You cannot lose that much weight in three weeks using any method that is healthy for you.

However, you can lose some weight ( or inches if thats what youre after ) through exercise and diet. Get into a routine of 20 minutes aerobic in the morning and another 20 minutes in the evening. The key is to stimulate your muscles and to fire up your metobolism. Muscle burns fat quicker when they are being worked. And a faster metobolism will help to shed some weight as well.

As far as diet, start off by simply not allowing yourself to overeat. Small controlled portions is better than big portions. So try to eat several small meals throughout the day. Cutting food out completely will tell your metobolism to shut down and store up the fat and you don't want that. Four or five small healthy meals a day will help you.

You wont lose 30 lbs in three weeks but you will lose weight ( provided you dont overeat )

look up what's called a Catabolic Diet. It's the opposite of a metabolic diet that body builders use to gain weight. A Catabolic food has fewer calories of energy in them than it takes the body to digest them. The more you eat, the more you lose. Water is a key to this diet. It helps flush the system and aids to release fat cells from the tissue wall. Otherwise you're just shrinking the size of the fat cell and it will grow back. What you are talking about is possible, but I recommend you consult a physician prior to any major changes like this. I did it. I use to weigh-in at 250. I'm now at 175-180 for the past 16 years. Anytime that I start to get a little pudgy, I go back on the diet for a week. No sodas, no alcohol just water to drink. A little exercise like walking 2-3 miles a day or getting on the cycle at the gym for 45 minutes really helps too.

i wanna do the same.

but its not at all healthy.
i wnt on a dit once... all i ate was 3 apples a day for like 2-3 weeks. i was soooooo weak and cranky ALL the time...
oh yea i didnt even loose the wieght. maybe like 2 pounds... idk! it dosnt work.. u can loose weight by eating 4-6 SMALL POrtions of food a day. or maybe less...

BE CARFUL!!

And i would say u can only loose around 5 healty pounds a week if u r healthy and DONT EAT FAST FOOD/JUNK! BADD!!

u should gradually loose weight that is healthy

Not very likely and not very healthy. I don't know how big you are, but 15 pounds is pushing what is reasonable, and that is still a lot. Shouldn't have procrastinated all year (or longer).

you could turn anorexic. But that's not a good idea. If you have money, you could go for a liposuction.

the only answer is cocaine or meth...and i would not recommend either ...rapid weight loss simply dosent work!!!
