I've always been naturally skinny, but as I've grown taller, (i'm 17 years old) I've become more self-conscious- 5 feet 10, 120 pounds. What's a healthy wain to gain weight in 1-2 months? I have only gained about 10 pounds in the last 2 years!

Believe me, don't worry about your weight now. In a year or so when you go to college and begin living on instant noodles and pizza, you'll gain at least 15 or 20 pounds in six to twelve months.

If you're dead-set on gaining weight quickly, you will need to do it in a healthy way. Your additional weight will look much more attractive as ab muscles than belly fat. You can easily gain anywhere from 5 to 10 pounds in 2 months by taking a protein shake about 45 minutes before and immediately after a 45 minute to hour long workout 5 days a week including cardiovascular excercises and basically any other types of excercises to improve the specific parts of your body you'd like to work on (crunches, pushups, weight training, etc.)

Best to talk to a nutritionist about this, rather than take random advice from internet strangers!

All the same, I have heard that macadamia nut shakes are good for gaining weight, and they are full of protein as well!

Drink a meal replacement shake in addition to you actual meals - this is what doctors advise for patients who need to gain weight. A meal replacement is more balanced and will help you gain the weight in a more postive way than other methods.

at 120 pounds, you gotta be out of your mind to want to gain weight. most girls and women would love to be that weight no matter how old they are. be satisfied. most women will gain some weight as they get older so don't rush it.
