Atkins Diet.
I know it works if you stay on it strict because I did it.
You have to stay on it though or you will gain what you lost right back.
Exercise and drink plenty of Water.

I heard about a diet called MAYO diet which is for heart patients who have to drop weight fast but I don't know how healthy it is.
I have heard of people going on it and droppin LOTS of weight but I don't know if I would do it or not.

Actually a human needs (body weight in lbs * 12) calories/perday for his normal activity, make sure the intake of calories is more or less equal then do exercises like power walking, jogging, stairclimbing for upto 1hr/perday. You can lose 25-30lbs in 5wks but that is injurious. As someone told above intially you may lose maximum lbs in first two weeks then it will slow down. So watch your food and exercise certainly you will lose weight

It is dangerous to lose that much weight that quickly. However, when you first start a diet, you lose considerably more the first two weeks or so, so you could shed a good 15 lbs in 5 weeks, if you have a good amount of weight to lose. I lost a ton on South Beach. I lost 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks, but my husband lost 11!! After the first 2 weeks, he lost about 2 a week and I lost about 1 or so a week (but I only have 15 to lose and my husband has 35 to lose).

TrimSpa is supposed to work really well. We just started that and it seems to work.

I will tell you one thing to do but with this in mind, your not going to be losing fat instead you'll be losing water. As soon as you start eating normal again your going to gain the weight back. But since your looking for a quick fix try a detoxification diet. Look into it. There a differnt types. There are ones you can purchase in the stores. But i recommend the vegetable and fruits detox diet. Good luck!

Eat small well balanced snacks every two hours - for instance a piece of toast and half an orange for breakfast. A slice a meat and some carrots for lunch - and EXERCISE. Cycling is excellent exercise though it might not be practical for this time of year depending on where you live. Good luck.

you can use several diets, but none would keep it off for long. a slow loss of 2-3 pounds a week by eating less with a high green salad, with just a small amount of dressing, intake to lessen the hunger response will take it off slowly, safely, and keep it off.
