No matter how many crunches you do, you'll never decrease the size of your midsection without decreasing your overall body fat. Until you decrease that body fat, you will have that extra padding that's nestled right on top of those muscles. Also, when you do ab exercises keep in mind that you should be contracting the belly button in towards the spine. If you have bad form you could be building muslce outwards, ultimitly making you waist bigger. But in the end, it all boils down to healthy eating and plenty of cardio.

by doing some abb exercises you can reduce your abdomen size.just lie down facing the sky and fold your legs upto the knees, keep both of your palms under your head and now try to touch your knees with your chin. this is an easier exercise that can show you a difference. and also stick to liquids than solid food.

Exercising your abdominal muscles (for example, sit-ups) will improve the tone of the abdominal muscles. Unfortunately, it will not reduce abdominal fat (which is the more common cause of a large abdomen).
Diet and fat-burning aerobic exercise together will be the most efficient way to reduce the abdominal fat.

Lie flat on back ( on a mat on the floor ), lift your legs, 6 inches off from the ground, first one leg, then next and then bothe. Count slowly till 10 each time. Then lift your leg and circle it ,( as if your drawing), do it clock-wise and anti -clockwise, do not touch the floor, it should be done in mid-air, do this alternately with each leg, you can do this 2-4 times a day.
