Does it have less vents than the rest of your house? It's possible that it just doesn't get as much heat (assuming you have central heating). I would suggest checking to make sure a reasonable amount of heat is coming out of the vents, as the duct might have gotten blocked somehow. Also, take a candle and hold it near the edge of your windows to make sure you don't have a lot of air coming in and out.

it could be simply that someone has turned off the vent, or it could be not enough insulation. First thing, look into the vent cover, and see if the flaps are straight up and down, then check if there are little handle type things on the pipes coming out of the furnace. If so, check that the one to the bedroom is in the same position as all the rest, then check if there is another pipe running off the one to your bedroom one. the hot air could be bleeding off into another room. Also make sure the pipe doesn't run along an uninsulated wall or floor because the heat will disipate into the cold. If that doesn't work, you will have to call in a furnace service man and get him to check why.

Maybe it's on the North side of the house. Check around your windows; maybe they're loose or leak. Maybe the room itself isn't insulated as well as the others?
