Unfortunately he will because of his size and strength advantages. He has rudimentary skills and faces no good fighters, yet, at least.

he can, but who has he fought. His first 30 something fights were in russia where he could have been fighting cab drivers for all we know. He hasnt beaten 1 good fighter yet.

he is getting close but if he wants to prove he is great he is gonna have to face some real tough opposition
