There are prophets who claim to speak the word of God. You either believe them or you don't. I believe in the prophets documented in the [Christian] bible. This is the source of God for me, and this will be my source for your answer.
God is spirit (wind). God existed before he created everything that we can observe. Time is an observed measure. Does God have time? There is no biblical verse that states God has time, or spare time. We have no idea what God does with his spare time if he has any time whatsoever. Because that has not been reveal to us by any prophets.
Short answer: We don't know because God didn't tell us.

I've always assumed (if he was real) that he simply watches us and has the best television like browser that knows what he's interested in at the time...If he wants a tragedy I'm sure he can find one to watch...a Comedy, he just tunes into my life re-cap for 30 seconds.
