Generally, when a guy (young) is "confused", that's code word for he wants a sexual relationship, but isn't getting it.
Young men play their options and go with what seems like the best play. Sadly, feelings and emotions are a distant second behind what "shorty" wants.

Are you sure when you say it about this guy "He is not sure about what he even wants" ?
Do you people talk to eachother ? Have you asked Him ? Have you got a reply to your question ?
Solution : Don't look for Yes/No from people who mean nothing to you.
If the guy was craze for you, he still loves you more than anyone else may be he is going through tough times which you are not aware of ? and questioning his credibility in front of strangers.
Please review your idea, may be you don't know this person completely ?

No way. If he doesn't know what he wants why would you want to be with him. You want to be with someone who wants you and lets you know. Let him figure out what he wants and tell him he can get back with you later when hes done that. You dont want to be like his back up girl or waiting around for him. Its not fair to you. Good luck

If he says he isnt sure...hes sure. Hes sure he dosnt want you...but there just isnt anyone else at the moment. There will be someone else soon.....move on.
