Cotto vs. Quintana?

I'm going out on a limb bigtime and I'm picking Quintana....what does everyone think?

I dont know.....All I know is that cotto is way overrated and Quintana is underrated. I think Quintana has a slight advantage.

Cotto is a excellent fighter but has had some dodgy fights recently and has had his chin exposed a bit. I don't think going up in weight is gonna help him much either, i recon Quintana could well win.
