because someone answer my question earlier..and he told me that if i sleep with ankle weights i will get taller..what he mean

You mean ankle weights? well either that (not sure if possible) but wouldn't that hurt you at night? I mean the pressure and stuff, well I move a lot, like a loooot, so I know I would wake up with bruises. Just drink MILK =D

He's a crock of sh!t, whoever it is that said that. Strapping ankle weights to you while you sleep is hazardous to hour growth if you're under 21. Since your body is still growing, it will harm the muscles in your ankles rather than help them.

He was kidding. If you do that you might just get lightheaded but not taller. I think he meant that it would stretch you out.. but it will probably make you sore, could cause some serious damage, wouldn't be comfortable and would just be a complete waste of time.
