I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

go to a dermatologist and ask for roacutane or oratane. the treatment last for about 6 months and then your acne will be completly gone and you wont have to spend anymore money on it. I've been on it for 5 and a half months and my skin has finally come good. To get it cheap you have to get him or her to say that you have cystic acne or something along those lines i think it was. it has some pretty bad side effects but they are all temporary and all worth it in my opinion.

Also everyone knows that sea water is great for pimples and you can do it at home. get 500ml of water and a teaspoon of salt. bring it to the boil and then let it cool. dab it on with a cotton bud twice a day and then rinse off. it worked a charm for me.

Keep your hair off your forehead and other acne areas (ure hair naturally has some oil in it). It really helped me, because I have bangs, and after i started putting up my bangs, my acne started clearing. Also, don't touch your face too often because the oil from your skin clogs your skin. Wash your face often, and try using this cream called Nutrica ActivClear. It really works. Oh, and dunt squeeze your pimples or touch them. Just leave 'em alone.

acne is the disease resulted mostly in peoples having oily skins because this disease is concerned with growth of fungus over face because oil acts sa base or growing material for fungus so the simple and unexpensive way to treat is wash the face with cold water and some alkali based soaps which removes oil from skin efficiently twice a day evening and morning and avoid oily eadables

All of the previous answers will work. You just gotta be consistent with whatever you do. You can't just wash your face when you feel like it or when you remember to do it.

Although Proactiv costs, it's affordable and it actually works! I get a three months supply for $45.00, which can be paid at any time within those three months.
