Well let my friends tell you they would say more sex...but I on the other hand would tell you that it is all in the clothes you wear. Back pockets with flaps, or no pockets at all. The fade in the middle enhances too. You never want to wear a pant that is too tight because it just makes you butt look even smaller. But you'll be okay you don't need a Beyonce booty your fine just the way you are! Love yourself!

It just depends on what kind of clothes you wear. Wear tight fitting jeans, the right kind can create the illusion of a larger butt.

I have the same issue!! Wear pants that have some added detail in the back (like back pockets) and work out!

it won't happen over night, without something like that. If you feel like putting in the work, working out would be your best bet. Lunges, squats, and running are good.
