I don't know if your worded that question incorrectly or what, but you can't make a guy to like you. The only way a guy can really like you is to like you for who you are.

You cant really manipulate or force anyone into likeing you, as I know you know. But to attract his attention, always be yourself, of course. If he hasnt noticed you, then maybe its not meant to be anyway.
