I have a bad cold and am sneezing a lot. I have to go into work tomorrow, but I am afraid that customers/co-workers would be annoyed or upset at me because of me constantly sneezing and blowing my nose? I feel healthy enough to work, should I even be concerned about this?

Call out sick. If anyone gets sick they will blame it on you. Plus just because you may feel healthy doesn't mean you really are.

Yes, you should be concerned. Presenteeism (coming to work even when sick and contagious) is a growing problem. Surely you're not thrilled with whomever passed your bad cold on to you? No one wants to catch your cold either, especially at this time of year. If you can't afford to take off work to get better, be considerate of your co-workers and customers. Take the drugs that cut back on the symptoms, bring a bottle of Purell or something to use on your hands very frequently to prevent passing on germs (and everyone will know you're being conscientious about coming to work when ill).

It's ok. Don't worry about it. If you're having trouble at work by sneezing and coughing, I suggest that you go to a Savon drug store and purchase day quil (medicine). It will make your sickness go away. No sweat! People get sick all the time. I'm not annoyed by you. It's natural. "Good luck."

just bring lots of tissue, and use a wetwipe after every time you sneeze or blow your nose. Unless you are working with food, then find some kind of mask so you don't spread germs on their food.

most people in the us are faced with a problem that is getting out of hand , with this kind of thing....
if you call in sick you get fired ....
if you go in sick , then you give it to all your co workers!! yeah all of them ! reason is ..because the air conditioner just recirulates the air everyone breathes and ther isnt any thing to stop the germs in it!
personally , i would prefer you stay at home and keep you health problems to your self. but i bet you (like me) cant afford to do that ! just like most everyone else!

Depends on if you work around food or not. If you work around food you should probably avoid going to work, no one likes someone sneezing on there sandwich. Otherwise you will probably be fine.

Stay home if you can & make out holiday cards or something...I hate to breathe air that someone has sneezed in, though it is hard to avoid.
Get well soon!

stay home...so that 1 you don't give other people the cold and 2 so that you don't end up getting really sick.
