A simple Lincoln Town Car Executive, you are looking at about $40,000, then add $25,000 to $50,000 for the stretch job depending on who is doing the stretching. A Hummerzine or Excusion stretch can run from about $80,000 to $120,000 total with stretch, or you can get the Excursion with a simple interior conversion for about $55,000. For SUV limos I would stick with the Hummer or Excustion basically because the chassis is more heavy duty, I won't flex like the Navigator. The reason Towncars hold up is because they are actally on a F-150 chassis, not on a true car chassis.

To buy one? Start around $150k and go up from there. The sky's the limit -- well into 7 figures is possible depending on the vehicle that you start out with and how much you want to stretch and customize it.

Your topic is buying/selling, so I would assume you are referring to prices for buying one:
I have seen them range from $25,000 to 200,000 depending on the year, make model.
Last one I saw was a 2006 cadillac limousine, and the person bought it for about $90,000. (most are older models and cost closer to $45,000)
