I'm THINKING about getting it done but I'm kind of scared. I had my cartilage done, is the pain anything like that, or alot worse? I just want to know what to expect if I actually do it.

about the same amount of pain as getting ears/cartilidge (ie: not very much; the anticipation is worse than the actual piercing). but it is a MUCH less painful healing time. mine was totally healed and painfree in about a month. make sure you clean it regularly, even after you think it's healed. i know too many people who got infections because they didn't take proper care. good luck!

well its doesn't hurt that much i have done it my self before but it does make the eye tear a bit on the side its pierced. but no don't worry its not that bad at all. and i have my tongue and labret pierced as well as many in the ears. and i have had my eyebrow done 2 times both migrated but no nose is pretty safe to say there is not much pain at all.

There is absolutely no need to get scared about nose piercing.It hardly pains that too for a short while.,but the thrill one gets is simply great.Go ahead with your nose piercing preferably go for double nose piercing(ie on both nostrils).

Yeah it hurts at first but the pain does not last long and after a week or so it never hurts again

had mine done 1 year ago, almost threw up in the waiting room i was sooo scared, piercer told me to take a deep breath, let it out, and before it was out, I was pierced, less painfull than my 3rd holes in ears!

it doesnt hurt too much.. my friend has hers done n she sed it doesnt hurt much.. its just a quick pain.. but my other friend hers keeps showing up in her nose... like it falls down n then u can see the point.. so yer.. hope dat helps

well with my nose piercing i had trouble from the word go he stuffed up putting the needle in and it hurt so much worst pain ever then it felt sore for ages n ages n ages and then this little bump appeared out of no wear and wouldn't go away (apparently every one gets it ) i put up with the pain for ages and when u accidentally rip it out it hurts like ...well real bad
so good luck some people have no troubles bt me i was so care full and clean bt it didn't matter maby it was coz i was in qld and the heat is no good for infections i dunno really

if you are going to noise perce than get a small ring not a big one and make shure to clean it.
