Currently the worlds fastest bomber is the TU-160 BLACK JACK bomber it is a Russian clone of the B-2 bomber currently capable of going 1,350 mph. A simple search on the web will give the full details of this bomber. While the XB-70 was the fastest it never entered service Thus I don't count it But if it makes you happy the XB-70 could go 2,000+ mph at 70,000 feet.

Nobody got the right plane.

It was the XB-70 with a top speed of Mach 3. (USA)

The B-1 doesn't even go Mach 2 and the F-111 was supposed to be a fighter. The Avro Arrow was designed to be an interceptor.

Operationally, it was the Tu-22M Backfire with a top speed of 1321 MPH (USSR/Russia)

The Tu-160 only goes 1243 MPH but is the heaviest bomber in the world at 606,261lbs.

The fastest purpose-built bomber aircraft is the B-1B, built in the US.

The fastest aircraft to have been equipped with a bomb load would be a toss-up between the F-4 Phantom II and the F/B-111 Aardvark.
