most p2p sharing programs restrict file being shared to some location on your computer. generally the same place you download your files, but some have a search feature which looks for media to be shared, with your consent. look into the menu, there should be an option for sharing files.

Usually only the folder you select through the p2p to share like your music folder.
You can be hacked if the program/site you are using does not provide enough security. Unless you have super important docs like finances i wouldn't worry about it. Don't just download anything either... you don't want to get a virus or whatever.

this is a safer alternative, and you can sent the full clip back to your own computer by clicking on-share video.Its free to use all you have to do is register an email address to join, and they dont bother you with junk mail , its great, give it a go everyone is using youtube-

ya in peer to peer sharing all user who are in network can access ur files b'cos u can not assign user level security so for security dont share files which u dont want to show in ur network
