This question does seem to be from someone's homework, but it's a very poorly worded question. It seems that these FOUR are not strictly "Protestant":
c. Seventh Day Adventist
g. Jehovah's Witnesses
j. Christian Scientists
m. Mormons
Frankly, there are strong arguments to prove that several others are not truly Protestant and/or do not consider themselves Protestant.

The Anabaptist's were not. The baptists are a mixed descendant of Anabaptist's and reformed. The rest were all derived form either Reformation groups or Anabaptist's or a mixture, with the exception of the Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons who are 2 relatively recent sects - none of the other movements would want ot claim parenthood to these 2.
Oh yes - the Christians Scientists - also a relatively recent sect, seemingly independent of any of the others.
Quakers broke out of the Anglican churches. Amish are direct descendants of the Anabaptists. Episcopal is another name for all Anglicans that are not in Great Brittain - a Reformation denomination.
So, in answer, a. c. e. f. g. i. j. m.

3? It is not that simple.
Seventh Day Adventists, Jehovah Witness, Christian Scientists, and LDS are all American homegrown and I would say that none came out of the Protestant reformation.
And it fairly weak to say that the Anabaptist, Baptist, Amish, Mennonite group came out of the Reformation. Their roots are in the full immersion baptism of John the Baptist, who lived prior to the Reformation.

The only Churches which do not stem (directly or indirectly) from the Reformation are:
1. The Catholic Church
2. The various Orthodox churches (there are many here).
If you are searching for a Church that is faithful to Apostolic Tradition and Succession, you would have to search within one of the above.
Of the above, it is interesting to note that the Orthodox churches are, for all practical purposes, individual churches, with no central church authority amongst them. So the question would be: If you believe that the Church founded by Christ is one of the Orthodox churches, which one would you choose and why? Why would one choose one of the Orthodox churches over another? (By the way, I signal here that not all the Orthodox churches are in full communion with one another).
Just some facts to meditate upon. I hope this helps.

There are four, not three: Seventh Day Adventists (from the Millerites of the 19th Century), Jehovah's Witnesses (late 19th, early 20th Century), Christian Scientists (Mary Baker Eddy, late 19th Century), Mormons (Joseph Smith, Jr., mid-19th Century).

quite some issues inspite of the undeniable fact that it varies reckoning on which protestant denomination you're with (the communities). indexed right here are some important ones however.. Over all the protestants have self assurance that salvation (going to heaven ) is granted by faith that jesus lived and died for out sins on my own. Catholics have self assurance salvation is earned by baptism, faith, and following the commandments. additionally Catholics have self assurance that there is a place called purgatory. this could be a place the place people who die in a state of grace are made organic sufficient for heaven, yet maximum prostestants do no longer.

Um. You have a problem here. Most of these churches are not direct results of the Protestant Reformation.

The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints (i.e., the "Mormon" church) is not a Protestant sect, but a restored church.
