All else being equal, yes. The lights themselves radiate heat. Halogen lights generate a lot of heat. My wife has one of those long makeup light strips above the mirror in her dressing area. Essentially it's a series of high wattage bare bulbs. Very good light but that portion of the room gets noticably warmer when the lights have been of for awhile

Light bulbs emit heat into the room. turning the lights off makes the room cooler . Try lower wattage bulbs or a dimmer switch to lower the light intensity

Yes, any light generates heat. The smaller the light less heat. The bigger the light more heat.

Yes - as everyone says it does. Also.. the room with the lights on is more likely to have someone in it; and they'll make it hotter still!

The room with light will be about .008 degrees hotter, not a big enough difference to notice.

light-bulbs arent perfectly efficient, some of the electricity gets changed into heat. noting you would notice, unless you got some massive lights.
