Your forgetting that the stomach contains acid that is much stronger than vinegar, so any reaction that occurs will occur immediately after taking the baking soda. Drinking the vinegar will only taste bad, but there would be likely no further reaction.

You may want to search youtube, there are a couple of idiots that drank mentos and soda and filmed the reaction (projectile vomiting). It was not pleasant, and I don't think they would do it again, but it did not kill them.

Never tried it, but you'd probably get a stomach ache. I can't imagine eating either would taste good. I don't think you'd explode or anything like that..I'm sure you're referring to some sort of urban myth.

your stomach acids will probably neutralize it all, maybe some uncomfturable feeling.
