if you do as the intstroctions are that com with it yes it will i own a bowflex mrself this is how i can tell you this. yes it will follow the excersize to the point that it sends with it the excersize sheet has different photos as how to do it follow it to the extent. and you be amased on it . but dont over do it like weights it takes time. my opion?

Yes but it is a huge waist of money due to the fact you will outgrow it quickly. invest in a cage sumtin like a Weider C650. Trust me I've been through this many times with clients.
