Christianity teaches exactly that. Homosexuality is an abomination to God but it is between God and the person. A cross marriage is not necessarily a sin and should not be judged by us but is a thing between the person and God. God takes care of His own and will continue to do so. No place in the Bible does it tell us to judge our own. We are in no position to judge anyone being sinners ourselves.

Christianity teaches this too, but a lot of Christians (mostly in the past but some still do) don't do it.
