is it normal for urine to be discolored after taking a multi-vitamin for the first time?

Yes, this is normal. All it means is that your body is excreting the extra vitamins that it did not need. It also a good idea to drink more water, this will help you kidneys to clear the excess vitamins more easily. Hope this helps

It is normal for urine to be discolored every time. What color is the question. I find that after I take a multi-vitamin it is almost a neon yellow. Hope that helps.

i do, every time i take my multi vitimans. i pee like a highlighter haha. its a very unique bright yellow.
