The signs on the H1 eastbound used to have a sign for the Pearl Harbor/Hickam AFB exit. Now it says Naval Base/Hickam AFB. Anyone happen to know why they changed it?

yes because all the tourists who were looking for pearl harbor memorial would get off on the wrong exit, wind up trying to get on base, which is not the way to go and cause traffic problems. the only real reason was the traffic and time wasted having to explain to tourist that this was the naval base not the memorial
