By adjudicated, do you mean convicted?
If so, no to the army & law enforcement. And if you have a sealed record, you are going to be asked about it. They are going to figure you did something pretty bad.

Since you are mentioning 211 PC - Robbery, it sounds like you got busted in California as a juvenile.
With something like that on your juvenile record, it is going to be extremely difficult for you to find employment in law enforcement in the State of California. Even if your record is sealed, a background investigator will still review your juvenile record. You will have to disclose it on a written Personal History Statement, which will be followed up with a polygraph examination to ensure that you did not make any false statements.
I will refer you to the website for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training:
http://post.ca.gov/selection/
There you will find all the information that you will need about finding employment in law enforcement in the State of California.

i doubt it would stop you from becoming a police officer. the fact that you want to be the law rather than break the law should be enough.
also my dad's best friend joined the army with aggrivated assault on his record. you wont know unless you try!

If it was a felony, you probably are not going to be hired in law enforcement. I think it is the same for the military.

Sealed does not mean unattainable. your criminal history contains everything you were arrested for and everything you were convicted of. Don't be fooled by the term sealed. Go to the local police department and pay for a criminal history...If this pops up...forget about it. You will not be hired for Police and probably not military. Good luck.

Most cops are thugs and bullies anyway. You'd fit right in.
