There's some people who are "legally" blind but can still see.
So, this helps them out. They haven't lost their total vision yet.
Also, blind people who are completely blind, are driven around by someone who can see, so when they drive up to the ATM, the person drives up and the blind person is usually in the back seat, so they can do their own transaction.
Many of these ATMs are modified and also have the set of headphones for those who need more assistance.

All ATMs are built with braille buttons and signage. They're just installed with a different level and arrangement for the drive-through.

Because the keypad is the same as a "lobby" ATM. The manufacturer is not going to make two different keypads.

To confuse sighted people, you should the looks around here when they added choices os french,spanish. mandari chinese, korean, cantonese chinese. hindi, and Japanese.
Most non-english speaking people around here speak dutch
