Is your dog eating and drinking like normal? Any unusual behavior problems? Those could be signs your dog is having pain or problems that it cant communicate to you, so you should take it to the vet. You didnt say how old your chi is and might need more shots your dog needs them every year. Also chihuahuas catch colds real easy and can die from them so keep them out of cold weather and nice and dry at all times. My chi's glands were swollen the other day and I took her to the vet and they gave her an antibiotic and she is fine now so when in doubt, take it to the vet. As for the potty training. Small breed dogs are hard to house train. Mine is two and still has problems. You kinda have to re-teach them every once in a while. If you have a Pet Smart near you go there and they will teach you techniques for about $15.

she could be just a large chihauhau , or not a pure bred or she could be pregnant, or she could have some kidney problems. You do need to take her to a vet and find out.

Take your dog to the vet, for a check-up.

It's not clear to me what you're seeing that makes you think your dog is unhealthy.
