Not wrong at all. Something as important as "god" should be investigated. And a real god wouldn't mind a little examination. He would encourage it, even.
While you're doing that, check out the differences in the 4 gospels about the most important event. EVER! The resurrection. They disagree on about 25 different, profound, points. Scary stuff

By Gospels you mean Christianity, Islam, Buddhist and Jewish then there are many others than these. The idea of denying Jesus Christ is not an option for me and never will be. Actually even Jews admit that Christ was and is God's Son, but they don't accept the idea He was the Messiah. There are a great many Christian Jews who do believe He is the Messiah and rightly so. If you've heard or had a chance to hear the truth, then you have turned your back on Jesus and will be judged by that decision you made. This is something you and everyone need to be very serious about and question if this is what you truly believe. If you are responsible for turning away others from Jesus, I really do feel sorry for you. Jesus is real and this I know for a fact. I was in a coma for a time and I can tell you what happened to me during that time is absolutely remarkable. Take my word, Jesus is real. All you need do is accept Him as your personal Savior and ask for forgiveness and it's done. You are saved by the grace of God our Father. The only path to God is through Jesus. God Bless You.

Just remember that the Gospels weren't written to chronicle every little thing about Christ, but to serve more like the memoires of the apostles, so the things they experienced and knew first hand, would not all be lost.
If the writers had intended to get all their times, dates, and details straight, they could have gotten together and published a consolidated work.
But they didn't.
The church decided, some 300 years after the fact, to complile a certified collection of apostolic works, along with the existing old testament documents. And that was fine.
It was the men of the 15th century who decided to elevate the Bible to a status that was never intended, even by Jesus Christ.
There's been nothing but trouble and discord ever since.

It's not wrong but it's not as if no one in two thousand years of New Testament scholarship has noticed this before. Take a look at the site below to see how the four different accounts (originally written for four different communities -- think how you might tell the same story with different emphases for different audiences) can actually enrich the understanding of what is being written about.

Well my friend....I should think that the gospels are written and or edited in order to give us an idea of what Jesus had intended for us to remember.
As for divinity....there is only one Higher Power....but we can and probably never will forget what Jesus Christ's message was to this world.
Peace and Love!

You mean the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John which were written at different times and in different countries? I suppose you could question them.
If a murder was committed today and you had four eyewitnesses all with no relation to each other and they all wrote down their account of the event in their own terms at different times and in different places and with no contact with one another would you deem them credible or all false?
Just a thought.

One must ask reasonable questions. MAYBE even unreasonable questions.
It takes faith to believe in the divinity of Jesus.

No. One should question,It is good to study scripture and one should know its source. The roots of the bible and koran is in the vedas, siddha yoga and hinduism. See www.stephen-knapp.com/articlesa_to_read. The heart is the best source of truth,it is where all scripture came from.ask God within your own heart to answer your questions, he will do so.

They should be studied very carefully and ought to be able to stand up to scrutiny if they are really divine.
