When you get the answer to this one, let me know. My ex has had 5 byfrnds since our divorce and with each one, after only a few months, I hear plans of buying land a building a house. This latest one is a real piece of work himself. What would you think of a man who takes a lower paying job to aviod a child support obligation. He's a real prize, don't you think. I've become numb to the situation and sadly enough so have my kids. They're sick of the revolving door of boyfriends in and out of their lives. People who move on from person to person have some unresolved issues in their life, usually from childhood. My x was sexually abused and I beleive it has affected the way she interacts with men ever since it happened. Until she comes to terms with what happened to her , she will never stop this vicious cycle of men in and out of her life and more importantly, my kids lives. The revolving door continues.

For me my similar situation, it was probably the most painful time of my life. For years even I still thought about my first ex boyfriend that seemed to screw me over time and time again. Eventually you realize, somewhere, that they just aren't worth your energy. It may sound impossible. But there really is no method to get over someone. It takes time. Have some good girl friends come over and hang out with them a lot. Also, it doesn't hurt to flirt with some other guys, hehe ;) Good luck hon.

It's painful to end a relationship with someone. The best way is to take it day by day. Keep busy and try to do something new. Take on a second job (something fun), volunteer at a local school or hospital, plan a party or a lunch with your friends. Just keep moving forward... it's all going to be ok.

think of it this way: if you were SUPPOSED to be with this guy, you would be. life does tricky things... you can make a REALLY LONG and PICKY list of the things you didn't like about him or things that annoyed you (maybe he breathed loudly or chewed his food weird or smelled funny when he woke up or drove badly or had bad handwriting, i mean be creative here) and look at ALL those reasons why he's NOT the guy for you... you can also call your sister or girlfriends for support... chicks are great at doing this.

I wish I could answer that for you but really if you loved him you wont get over him easy, it sucks, I been sad for months, you just have to pick yourself up, pretend it's ok and eventually, hopefully it won't hurt forever
