you shouldnt movtivate yourself. your body is telling you that you need to rest. no matter how hard or how long you work your body, you body needs to rest and repair itself. you should just take the weekend off and relax. please make sure you get plenty of rest during the week and eat right. it sounds like you are on a great path, just stay off with the weekends and you'll be good

Well, if you think you need to workout those days ... I personally don't think someone should exercise so strenuously 6 days a week unless they are training for something. I always take at least one day off, and that's with only doing maybe 30 minutes of exercise on another given day ... average being about an hour. Anyway, sounds like you are doing well enough to me. I exercise on the weekends ... just for the hell of it.

if u are working out all 5 days that a good thing
if u really want to do it u will or u will not trust me this is true
try to think why u are not doing workouts on those days

Its more then ok to take a day off. Your body is trying to tell you that. Once a week just go for a walk or do nothing so that your body can recover and adjust.
