I'm also in that particular situation. Our best bet is to exercise dailey, doing cardio everyday and running a mile or two once a week. And make sure to eat 4-5 small meals a day to help keep your metabolism up. Try eating negative calorie food like celery and lettuce. (You burn more calories than the intake!) And LOTS of water. 6-8 glasses a day. I hope this helps a little.

At your age it is easy. Eat less and exercise, like walk more. Also, stay away from sodas and junk food. Even small amounts have lot of calories.
Not only will you loss weight you will live longer and have less problems when you get older.
You are at the best time in your life to get into good eating and exercise habits for the rest of your life. Good luck.

. I would have to know how heavy you are along with your height.
But you are still very young and your body is still growing and developing.Make sure you get some activity daily at least an hour
and go easy on the candy. Bottom line if you are really serious
about losing you have to count all of your calories for one week and make sure you start eating less than that in the following weeks, you are sure to lose

Don't worry too much about it, but it couldn't hurt to watch what you eat and exercise a little. That means just getting out and walking around rather then staying inside a lot. Eat what you want, just have smaller portions.

cut out desserts, second helpings, fatty foods from your diet, and excercise...to start, 30 minutes of aerobic excercise (walk, jog, etc) maybe 3 or 4 times a week....if you keep it up i promise you will see results! it worked for me, I lost 13 lbs just from this. No low-carb stuff, just common sense! Good luck =)

OK, it depends on many other things, is it familial? do you eat too much, is it a drug causing your weight to increase? or simply inactivity? or none of these?
Then you can decide what to do accordingly!
