What kind of side effects? When you get teeth pulled there is going to be some pain for certain. Is this what you mean?
If you are having electrolysis on your beard you will probably have pain, redness, the skin will probably be tender to the touch and it might swell. I don't know if that answers your questions or not. If not please be more specific.
