Someone told me one of the lines says "the ignoring screen that doesn't kill you, it trips you up/strenghtens you" or something like that. I don't understand this paragraph. Thank you.

too many mistakes in steiner1745's answer: unlike in Hebrew, ignorance is not the gerund of ignoring (a common mistake for native Hebrew speakers, I used to make it too). Since when does 'little' pertain only to stature?! And I don't know why he translated "strengthen" to "holding you back."

My translation for the troublesome line would be:
The veil of disregard that doesn't kill you; it hardens you

Whether it's poetic sublimity or careless stitching for a pop song, this is not a highly coherent song... I suppose it means her guy is playing games with her, acting like he doesn't care, and instead of getting hurt (like she does) it seems to further toughen his heart.

Remember that with poetry more than anything, it's often impossible to make a perfect translation; different languages express ideas in different ways.

Here's a rough attempt:
What's going on with you, with your game?
The veil of ignorance that isn't killing you keeps
holding you back.
I have no small love to give you.
I have no small love.

This is from a song that was discussed here
a short time ago. We must say small love
because we are talking about the amount of
love, not it's stature.
