It doesn't, but in Revelation it mentions the most about things that will happen at the end of the world, and plagues is one of them. We are in the end days, it's just that all these disasters (earthquakes, AIDS, hurricanes, etc.) are so common we just disregard them. But they're all fortold in Revelation, thousands of years before it happened.

Mankind will not ever again be totally wiped out until after the coming of Christ. He will come, he will defeat the antichrist and Satan will be bound an throw in a pit. During this time Christ will rule the earth as is in Heaven for 1000 years. Then he will defeat Satan for all time and we will reach the days of judgement where we will be given everlasting life or everlasting damnation. During the tribulation years where the Antichrist rules there will be plagues and many will suffer. Also the antichrist will kill all those who refuse to mark themselve with his sign. But nothing will wipe us out.

I don't think it says anything about aids but it warned about the black plague, and there was a previous one like it that almost wiped out mankind, so there have been a few instances were it has warned about big diseases and they have come through

AIDS may be the disease the Bible speaks of. Those who live as God asked are not likely to get AIDS, so this would be an example of God's word protecting His people.

Rom 1: 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty for their error which was due. This is the bliblical warning for AIDS

Luke 13
1Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. 2Jesus answered, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? 3I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. 4Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? 5I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish."
Jesus says here to not focus on all these things going on--focus on your own repentance!
