Yes but it would take alot of work and money.

Although nothing is impossible if you don't have a limit to funds available, I'd more than likely NOT. Either the V6 or V8 LSs are pretty cramped under the hood. Nor am I aware of any aftermarket turbocharger/supercharger kit(s) available.

I wish I knew how but it's gonna cost you. Here a website where this man got his car tune and custom his Lincoln Ls. He even names all the things he added to his Lincoln. Check it out.
