in brief i want to know about the total process of PTH PCB MANUFACTURING.

You may also have to change the chemicals for etching. The boards will be hotter and so the reaction faster. You may have to redesign your etching system. they may use a ferric solution as an improved etching solution.

If you have set-up a proper production line of single sided PCBs, you already have contact with suppliers for the materials (acids, blank PCBs, Gillotines, Photoplotters, CNC drill/router, silk screening and so on).
Ask them: they will supply all you need, including the training!
The process is not that complicated, except that you drill first, then pass the board trhough a bath of diluted copper with moving liquid. The copper is deposited IN the holes, linking the two sides.
After that, you proceed normally (tin plating both sides etc).
Expect a total process length of about 5m for panels of 10x17in.
