No, that's not the way to do it. Eating foods that are nutritious and high in vitamins naturally is better, along with working out and just generally being more of an active person.

That is a HORRIBLE idea. Sorry, but it just doesn't sound so smart.
First of all, sure, you'd be losing weight, but soon you'd get used to not eating. and then you'll be losing more weight. And then probably when you want to start eating again you can't because you're used to eating just vitamins and water. And anything you eat gets retracted and your start throwing up or gagging. Finally you will find yourself in an underweight issue and then you'd be wishing you never starved yourself. Not such a bright idea now huh?

You got to exercise babygirl, don't starve yourself, count your calories and proceed to eat lesscalories each day, and exercise try to eat more small meals but healthy like chicken breast and eggs no fried food, no red meat for awhile eat baked fish instead No bread for awhile drink lots of water at least eight glasses a day and once a week eat anything you want as a reward for being so strict also stay away from all processed food ie anything in a can or box, only fresh fruit and veggies Good luck
Remember to stay focused.

You have to make sure you keep your electrolytes (sodium, potassium, etc) up and yes, vitamins too.. and lots of water. However, if you develop an eating disorder out of this, you may give the idea to your child that it's acceptable behavior. Instead you should research healthy eating tips and adapt them so you can teach them to your baby. I've struggled with eating disorders for years but I find that the South Beach Diet's lifestyle is an acceptable one for me. I know i'm keeping myself healthy, but without packing on pounds!!! Hugs! P.S. you can email me if you want!!!

well starving yourself is not the answer, what you might want to do is go to your local sports suppliment store, get a suppliment drink mix, along with a multi vitamin. try to eat fruit for breakfast, suppliment for lunch, salad for dinner and a suppliment later at night if you feel hungry. remember that its better to eat more small meals rather than a couple big meals when trying to lose weight, but with suppliments, vitamins, fruit,a small salad with plenty of veggie's and some chicken makes for a nutritios diet

No, vitamins won't give you everything you need to survive. Try to find a nutritionist in your area and learn how to eat right so you don't starve to death. Your baby needs you alive!

Vitamens are not the only thing that your body needs. Besides that, starving yourself slows down your metabolism and could lead to serious medical problems. Eat less and healthier, yes.....starve yourself no

no this is not the way to lose the weight, that is a health hazard, becoming skinny is not that important, if you don't eat, your body will eat away at itself and that will eventually kill you.
