Revelation 14 gives you the three angels' messages. Matt 24 gives you the signs of the end and the last one is that the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached to all the world and then the end will come. I think in the last year or so the gospel for the first time is being preached in all the world so we are getting very close.

Certain things that are fortold in Daniel and Revelation have to happen yet before the end will come.

All the world has to wonder after the beast. This is the beast that thinks to change God's times and laws. Which of God's 10 commands has a time to it? Who takes credit for changing that commandment?

How will all the world wonder after that power? When you see that happening you will know we are very close to when there will be one last final law passed and then as that law is enacted the 7 last plagues presented in Revelation will fall ending with the 7th plague of 50 lb hail stones. It is at that time the Jesus arrives in the clouds of heaven, everyone sees Him with His angels. There is a great earth quake. The dead who died believing in CHrist will be resurrected and all the saved will be taken to heaven. The others will all be already dead or killed by the brightness of Christ. False phrophets are already everywhere, you can hear them roaring like lions, preeching hatred and lies.
You know it's closer to the end, when the majority of the world is following Jesus Christ, because by then Evil will launch its ultimate attack through its son and his followers - those who claim themselves Christians yet they do not stay so.
We won't know who the child is, but scholars predict this child was already born (so was Jesus) and is prepared to achieve high or powerful position of leadership among nations. Only then it can perform its assignment to lead the world to destruction.

I think I will be very old when the world comes to an end. The prophecy will happen, we can delay it but not for long. I will do my best to appreciate life and make the most of my days until it's time to go. This is all we can do.

You need to give a reference to what you are talking about. There are 22 chapters in revelation, no one wants to read the whole book to find out what 7 signs you are talking about. I don't remember reading such a thing, and I've read the book hundreds of times.
