To clarify the question to everyone else, "x-ray camera" is a generic nomenclature for any camera which is hyper-sensitive to the infrared spectrum of light thus allowing to see through sheer clothing on bright sunny days. Night vision goggles and special video cameras such as Sony's 0lux camcorders rely on infrared light to see at night. Thus these cameras/camcorders should not be called x-ray cameras, but pervert cameras.
For many people it sounds incredilous that a camera can see through clothing but believe me they can, hence the disproportionate amount of perverts on beaches with sony 0 lux camcorders.
Personally I have been trying to modify a Sony 0 lux camcorder for a friend in Iraq so that he might be able to use it to spot people hiding bombs under their clothing, but I am not sure how it will work considering suicide bombers are wearing thick clothes.

interior the mid 70 s, whilst i became in my previous due adolescents, i became in R.O.T.C. and became qualifying with the M16A1 rifle and that i placed all of my photos interior of a 6 inch circle at 3 hundred meters...with conflict attractions. My GySgt couldn t have faith what I had basically achieved and theory I had someway cheated on the qualifying (he became status suited there and watched me shoot!). So i became ordered to redo the qualificaion and the outcomes have been enormously plenty the comparable. i became then ordered to have a watch examination and that i examined as having 20/8 imaginitive and prescient which as you comprehend from examining this thread is rather uncommon. some years later I had to have 2 substantial lower back surgical procedures and for countless months after i wanted heavy doses of morphine to regulate the soreness. After coming off the morphine i spotted my vosion wasn t almost as acute as in the past and a visit to my eye physician reveled that the prolonged use of morphine had quite ruined my % up eyesight and that i wanted to placed on glasses. My distance imaginitive and prescient had replaced somewhat yet i became nonetheless in a position to study parkway signs and indicators long in the past maximum persons could desire to even SEE the letters on the sign much less quite have the skill to study what the sign suggested. And now at age fifty 8 i will nonetheless needless to say see individual leaves on trees 200 meters away, yet with each and each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days that passes I require a clean prescription for my glasses so i will study a e book.

You can't. X-rays are not focused by ordinary lenses, so you cannot get an X-ray image on either film or an electronic sensor. Cameras intended for X-ray use have special non-lens focusing devices, which do not work as well as one might like.

X-rays are a form of radiation. If you build your own x-ray machine, it's likely big brother will catch up to you and throw you in the slammer for a very long time, if you live that long.
