Britney Spears can only be arrested if there is someone who files a formal complaint agianst her indecent exposure. Legally, she can be indicted for public scandal when exposing her private parts but there must be a complaint so that an arrest warrant can be issued against her.

No because she isn't really committing the act of indecent exposure. What I mean is that in order for her to commit indecent exposure, then she would've had to just suddenly raise her skirt deliberately in front of everyone. She would've either have been dared to do so or have the intention of doing so and thus would follow through. This one was more of a result of how she got out of the car that was driven by Paris when they went out clubbing.

Well, no one would have know about her lack of underwear if a photographer had not been standing right there snapping the pictures. So arrested for indecent exposure, no I don't think so. But maybe she should be arrested for grossing all of us out. Ewwwwww

What is indecent about the human body? Everyone alive has one or the other, male type or female type.
We all come into this world naked and from minute one, handled by a bunch of people, in our nakedness.
In many communities, in Europe, everyone goes naked, mama. papa, dog cat, grandma and all the neighbors!
We watch killings, robbery, incest, any kind of sex on the movies,
on the computers, even show males kissing males, and more, and the same with females!
I think you are mixed up as far as the subject of,'Indecent", is concerned!
Do you really believe that covering the human body makes people decent? If you do, please explain the wars, rapes, robberies, scams, abuse, fatherless children, prostitutes, whores, rotten policemen and all the rest that abounds with clothed people!

Short dress and getting out of the car or a chair....camera guy must had been a real PERVERT!

No. She's going through a divorce. She trying to get on with her life. I wouldn't arrest her because those photos weren't indecent to me!!!!!

well, in a way i agree she must be charged for indecent exposure, but on the otherhand many people would disagree bcs every celebrity is exposing...

She needs an intervention. Or just have some common sense slapped into her.
All this carrying on is only making K-Fed look like roses. Not that either one of them is looking like models of responsible parenting anyway.
