You might be thinking that "sup" meant "eat." But it really is the short way of saying "What's up?" like a greeting. So don't worry, he's just greeting you.

I think if he said he liked your eyes than maybe he is gay but damn, he said whats up. Stop being so paranoid. Maybe you want his body and he caught you off guard, besides, that is what went through your head.
