Yes, but prepare for driness, which may frizz it up a bit.

If you use Semi-Permanent hair color, it can be done.
I wouldn't recommend using permanent hair color the same day as hair is relaxed.
Dark & Lovely is a good brand of hair color for relaxed hair.

hair stylists will tell you yes, but don't do it! I had long healthy hair and I started relaxing it. I colored it and relaxed it at one point...things looked ok for a while. My hair got so dry and damaged that it started breaking off. I had to cut all my hair to shoulder length. I stopped doing both relaxing and coloring and it took my hair years! to recover.
Maybe my hair is just fragile, but be careful.

That is soooo bad for your hair. Wow. Coloring your hair alone drys your hair out a lot. I would be very careful to never use bleach on your hair. If you are going to color it do not go all out blonde if you have really dark hair. If you want to have healthy hair for a long time, you need to be careful how you treat your hair, because putting harsh chemicals on your head will cause breakage and even though you might like it for the time being, you are doing your hair a dis-service.

Yes, just don't relax your hair the same day you color it. I would say, wait 2 weeks before you relax it and make sure you use a reconstructor (protein conditioner) in between coloring and relaxing to prevent breakage.

Sure i don't know how well it will work just make sure that they use a Strong relaxer because when i got my hair straightened it went back curly in a week.

comming from a guy that works at a beauty supply store (completely not gay, straight as an arrow, born with natural instinct of wanting the other sex, completely 100% go-get-the-girl-attitude) unless you dyed your hair with a semi permanent, then you shouldn't do it right after you relaxed, or vice versa.

you can but it has to be 2wks or more after you do the color or if you do the relaxer it has to be 2wks or more after that to do the color
