Fruits are the only ones I can think of. They never have those prohibited items. They don't exactly taste like birthday cake but 3 out of 4 ain't bad.

The sodium count on prepared foods is shocking. Usually fat and cholesterol excesses are found in meats.
Your best foods to eat (to avoid what you asked about), are sea-foods, vegetables and fruits, nuts and whole grains PREPARED FROM SCRATCH. That means you buy the food items fresh or singly, and cook them yourself, limiting the sodium and fats.
Stir fry's are delicious, and can be accomplished with very little olive oil to coat the pan. Season with onions, garlic and herbs -- fresh or dried...Yummy.
Salads of fresh vegetables, can be sprinkled with cold shrimp, steamed and chilled lemon-cod fish, or other low fat fish. A vinegar and oil dressing or a sprinkle of lemon juice or orange juice. The variations are endless.
Go to your library to read books covering the facts you are seeking. Get some ideas, write down some recipes, and if you like them, find a recipe book of your own within those limits. They're out there, I have several.

Fruit, vegetables, and whole grains all fit those categories. I guess I would have to know you much better to know what you mean by "good tasting".
There are lots of ways to add sauce, spice, and flavor to food. You can read plenty of cookbooks that give you ideas. The so-called free foods like mustard and hot sauce can help. Still, I think if you *really* look through the selection at the store, you will find a fruit, a vegetable, and a whole grain that you can tolerate eating. You might even come to like eating them with a little experience. I favor bananas, steamed asparagus, and low-sodium Triscuits. :)

Pretty much all fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, good breads, etc.
In fact, the foods that are the biggest problems are foods that are processed or over-seasoned.
Pretty much any thing you like to eat can be made with better ingredients and be low sodium, low fat, and nutrient packed.

Pasta in tomato sauce with pieces of grilled chicken and peas.
Grilled Dorado with veggies.
Chicken stir-fry. Grilled chicken with italian herbs and olive oil.
Lots of other variations of grilled fish and chicken. Lots of variations of pasta. Olive oil should be your friend.
I have the same problem, and actually enjoy eating salad now. I also automatically drink less beer, because after a salad I don't have as much of an urge to chug a cold one as after a nice bacon cheeseburger.

Any vegetable or fruit to begin with. Add in skinless poultry, seafood, egg whites, tofu, yogurt, whole grains.
