with windows vista, use control panel to "add remove programs" and select URGE -> uninstall.

With XP, there is no simple way to remove it. The difficult way is not too hard. Go to control panel --> uninstall windows media player 11 --> uninstall --> select yes to whatever questions it asks --> when it ask to reboot, click yes,

then re install media player 11 with custom settings and do not install urge.
you will have done it after a reboot!
