I know some people are able to eat all that and stay the same size and sometimes lose weight but I wouldn't be able to.

I am on the Atkins diet personally.

Seems like you do eat a lot of fatty foods though, are you working out?

Oh, dear--you are taking in far too many fats, and some of them are trans fats, the really bad ones.

Your intake is fine if you already weigh 200 pounds and want to stay that way. You're 6' 4", right?

No? Then you'ge going to have to cut back.

There is an army of things wrong with your diet, but you said that you don't want to hear that. OK, but that usually means that you're not serious about your question or your health. I hope I'm wrong, but if you're male and American and eating like that, you already have heart disease, you just don't have the symptoms yet. You won't, either, until it's almost too late. When you feel the symptoms, you're already occluded (plugged up) 80% or more.

But I can guarantee it--you're headed for a heart attack. Good luck.

Cheese-high in cholesterol (bad cholesterol), popcorn-nuff said, anything you buy at fast food restaraunts is bad, even the lettuce.
Sounds to me like you have to start making better food choices. I would give examples but this day and age everyone should know the difference btw good and bad foods. I highly suggest eating 5 -6 meals at day. Breakfast - snack - lunch - snack - dinner - (snack). This will keep your metabolism at a steady pace rather than start and stop. Therefore you'll be able to process food better and you'll get more from what you eat. Take care.

Is your question, Am I getting to many calories? That really depends on your height, sex, weight and level of activity. The fact that they are almost all bad calories is beside the point. You really need to eat better, just like the other posters said.

Post a little more info..
