He is using you for your money and support. He will NEVER leave you if he can help it. Try to get him out of the house for a couple of hours without you, pack his crap, change the locks, and put his stuff in the garage or somewhere it won't be damaged. If his stuff gets damaged he can sue you. Plan this in advance. Get boxes from supermarkets, dollar stores, walmart where ever. Take them apart and hide them, buy new locks with deadbolts. Have a close friend come and help you with this. Encourage him and one of his buddies to go out on the town, give him a little money if you have to. It will be well worth it.

Best of luck!! Don't forget to keep the phone close. He may go crazy.

He is using you & a bum!! Either get a bigger boyfriend to put him out or go out,,call the cops & they will tell him he has to go.I know that you didnt want it to come to this but he has given you no other choice,Dont listen to his threats when you do this,,you can get a restraining order & dont let him play the pity card on you.Think about it,,you have to leave your own house!! BS!!
If he is not on the lease,,which you say you own the house,,you will NOT need an eviction notice.

Kick him out and change the locks. He has to have somewhere to go. A friend or a family member. If he doesn't, he can go live in a shelter, that should provide the encouragement he needs to get a job and his own place. If its your house, he doesn't stay while you go somewhere else. The cops can come escort him out. Unless he's paying rent, he has no legal right to stay.

First of all if he had no,money,no job,and no future I would'nt move in with him No how. Then if you want him out you tell him.then if that does'nt work while he is out you throw his stuff outside and switch the locks. But if you don't have time to switch the locks then stick gum in the key whole do something to keep him out and make sure when he comes back you have a strong friend by your side maybe two.If he is crazy move away.

Okay, you need to own the fact that you have been giving this loser a free ride for a long time and of course he's not going to leave willingly. Serve him eviction papers and get the locks changed. It's tough love time, baby.

Sounds like you got yourself into a hole. If things arent perfect with someone, don't live with them.

But now he depends on you for everything...this isn't going to end too prettily unless he really steps up and leaves the situation.

Good luck.

You tell him if he doesn't get out of YOUR house it's going to take a step to the legal-world....maybe that would work?

Try this. Let him catch you with someone else and see how it works. He may get the message after that.
