This would include good or bad experiences. Did you feel love? Did you feel fear? Was it sensed through the physical presence of another person in the vicinity?

I've no intentions of playing with evil or asking for the psychic network anwers here! I just wondered if any non-believers had experienced the presence of God or satan but maybe hadn't recognized the experience as such. I know God talks to the heart whether people admit it or not or have ever gone to church or ever had a real Christian example in their lives. Thanks for comments so far.

Psychic "powers" are not welcome to be advertised here. I warn those who don't know, psychics are nothing more than satanic spirits at work trying to imitate the powers of the Holy God of Heaven and His Son Jesus who proclaimed victory over satan at the cross of Calvary through his blood and body which is resurrected and alive forevermore (he's still smarting over it) and will again in the end of time which is very soon. I pray that those who have never experienced the Holy Presence of the Living God will somehow feel God revealed to your hearts in a very real way. Thanks for the insights to your experiences.

I have never felt a spiritual presence even when I was a Christian. Not even when the Preacher plunged me under water by the hair on my head and pulled me up screaming, sputtering and almost drowned. While he yelled "Hallelujah the child is saved." I felt fear but there was no spiritual presence. Since I became an Atheist I haven't felt a spiritual presence but I have often felt love. Merry Christmas. XX Betty.

Spirituality is born from a personal occurrence with a divine, psychic or mystical experience of one form or another which inevitably connects a person to All that Is/God/Goddess/Allah/Great Spirit /whatever you want to call it.
Religion is second hand opinion of someone else’s divine experience. I think you will find that religions, and especially fanatical religions, tend to separate and divide people, while spirituality brings people together.
Thank God that Spirituality is on the increase!

Several years ago I had an unusual experience concerning an uncle, a distant relative who lived over a thousand miles away.
While driving my car I suddenly felt the unmistakable presence of this relative that I hardly even knew. He was more like someone I had heard about than someone I knew. It was very strange; it felt as though I was momentarily lifted right out of my physical body. I seemed to be suspended somehow beyond space and time, bathed in a love so intense It felt like I could have just disappear into it at any moment if It would have let me. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it seemed to last forever at the same time. I realize how crazy this must sound. The experience was so strong that at first I was afraid I was loosing my grip on reality. I finally managed to chalk it up to an over active imagination.
Three days later I got a call from my aunt telling me that this uncle we are talking about had gone into a coma and died the day I had the experience. It felt like ice water had been poured down my back when she told me this. I had lost any real ideas of God or faith and had become somewhat of an atheist. Needless to say this experience caused me to rethink some of the conclusions I had come to.
I feel blessed to now understand that even in our darkest confusion something loves us so much that it went out of its way to assist me and bring me back to a state of absolute certainty about Gods love for us.
During the experience it seemed like there was a vast amount of information that I was somehow allowed access to. One thing that I came away from this experience understanding beyond any shadow of a doubt was that any Idea that God is unhappy with us or would judge or allow us to be punished for any reason is simply impossible.
I can’t explain the love I felt with words. They simply don’t make words big enough or complete enough to do this. The only way I can begin to convey this love to you is to say that there was simply nothing else there. Nothing but love. No hint of judgment, no displeasure of any sort. It is as though God sees us as being as perfect as we were the day we were created. It is only in our confused idea of ourselves that we seem to have changed.
I hope this is of some help to you. Good luck. Love and blessings.
Your brother don

I do on a daily basis, love and peace.......I also know it is a chemical reaction in my brain. Just because I know it is a chemical reaction doesn't change how it makes me feel and it doesn't mean what I believe is wrong. What it does mean is that through my beliefs I was able to correct a chemical imbalance that caused me to be depressed and need medication (antidepressants).

I'm a Pagan and I have. It was a good experience, nothing to fear and it was not thru another person. Not something I can even begin to explain

I'm not a Christian, but I have felt the touch of the divine in my past. The feeling of awe and bliss I felt was undescribable. Unfortunately, there was no one around to witness.

I enjoy a good glass of bourbon straight up, a Lazy-Boy and Miles Davis.
Now that is a spiritual experience.

I always have spiritual experiences, and the only reason I do not believe in God, is because I am stubborn!
